Responsibilities:

  • Lead qualitative and quantitative (UX Analytics, A/B Test, and large scale usability test) user research collaboratively with the research and/or product team to inform strategic decisions and validate them through audits, analytics reviews, interviews, user testing, focus groups, and surveys and workshops.

  • Present research findings and strategic recommendations for digital experiences to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Create information architecture documents like site maps and annotated wireframes.

  • Manage multiple brand projects simultaneously, effectively communicating with various stakeholder teams (UX, UI, PM, Brands, Leadership), and delivering within the allocated hours and timeline.

  • Design low-fi to hi-fi prototypes (interactions) in Figma and Aftereffects

Responsibilities: I led a team to develop strategic marketing campaign concepts, promotions and provide creative solutions that are brand right and meets business objectives. I worked with styling team, editorial and photo account partners on bringing product stories to life in wireframes, shot lists, and shoot direction. I was highly involved in product marketing programs across email, landing pages, and product experiences.
